Notes and Important Information

1. Additional Service Requirements After Opening:
  • Opening the pool does not mean it is ready for swimming.
  • Depending on the type of pool cover, the condition of the water, or insufficient cleaning during the closing, some pools may experience significant algae growth. In such cases, additional cleaning sessions (1–2 visits) may be necessary for full restoration.
  • Additional services after opening are subject to extra charges.

2. Responsibility After Chemical Balancing:
  • If the pool is made swim-ready and the required chemical levels are achieved during the opening, the pool’s condition is the customer’s responsibility from that point forward (unless weekly maintenance services are requested).

3. Extra Charges Apply for Certain Services:
  • If there is excessive water or debris on the pool cover, additional fees may apply.
  • Filter cleaning (for DE or cartridge filters) and salt system cell cleaning will incur extra charges if requested by the customer.
  • Any system malfunctions identified during the opening (e.g., a non-working pump, a leaking pipe, or the need for part replacement) will require additional charges for repair or replacement.

4. Water Level Requirements:
  • The pool water level must be above the skimmer line before the opening.
  • Since vacuuming can cause a drop in the water level, adding sufficient water is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Accessibility on Opening Day:
  • Ensure that a water source near the pool and the electricity supply are turned on and accessible on the day of the opening.
